This is a very quiet and tranquil property, set in the valley below Orgiva, with beautiful views of the Sierra Lujar Mountains. It is the perfect place for a relaxing summer holiday or a cycling, walking, bird watching, spring/winter break in a lovely countryside setting, and surrounded by wonderful mountain scenery.

The outside of the property is a great place for relaxing and entertaining, and there are wonderful views of the mountains. There is a lovely patio, which is under cover to provide shade, and a large outdoor sitting area. There is a large BBQ which is great for outside cooking and entertaining. The gardens are well kept and fully enclosed, and there are lots of trees, including lemon, apricot, fig, almond, orange and grapefruit. Grapevines cover the terrace for shade in the afternoon. The garden and orchard is registered organic.

The house is all on one level, and is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully fitted out. There are 3 good-sized bedrooms (one double, and 2 twin rooms), and also 2 bathrooms.A solar panel supplies hot water to the bath rooms and kitchen with immersion back up.

The gallery kitchen is fully-fitted, with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, bread maker, food mixer and fridge-freezer.

There is satellite TV and air-conditioning in the lounge, providing a cool retreat in the summer heat; a wood burning stove and gas heaters for warmth in winter.

The property is very private as it is enclosed and fenced, with off-road parking, and is set a little way down the main track ensuring peace and quiet. There is no pool at this property, however a combined rental with our other property www.sanclemente.co.uk would provide a pool 2 minutes walk away. Or the Campsite located about 10-15mins walk away has a pool open to the public.
