To make a booking:
Please check by telephone that the dates you require are available, and then
complete and return the below form with a deposit payment of 20% of the total
booking fee. The remaining amount is payable 4 weeks prior to departure. If the
booking is being made less than 6 weeks before departure, the full booking fee
is payable. Final details about Del Carmen will be sent on receipt of the
final payment. Please note that we cannot accept any booking without 20% of the rental and a fully completed form.
The booking fee
includes: welcome pack, electricity, gas, weekly linen change, bath
towels. The house will be cleaned
thoroughly and checked that all is in good order prior to guests arrival.
Conditions: The
house will be available to guests after 2pm on the first booked day and guests
will need to vacate the house by 4pm of the last booked day unless otherwise
arranged with Leslie. Guests are asked to leave the house tidy and replace
items broken or damaged during the stay. The 20% deposit is non-returnable.
Keys: Before the
despatch of keys and directions a cheque for £150.00 to cover damage will be
required. This is returnable immediately the keys are received back and Del
Carmen left in good order. Either send the cheque with the final payment or 2
weeks before travel.
